Ryan Stimers

Ryan Stimers has been creating startlingly acurate objects in wire for over twenty years. He has perfected the technique of using a single line to create three-dimensional objects.

He paid his way through college, where he studied mechanical engineering, by selling his creations on the streets and subways of Boston. After graduation he traveled the world, financing his journeys by joining the subculture of traveling street artists. In between trips he lived in Key West, where he now makes his permanent home. He can be found selling his work nightly at the famous Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square.
