Arny Nadler
As the son of an immigrant tool and die-maker, Arny Nadler was trained at a
very young age to look carefully at how things work, or to "steal with my
eyes" as his father put it.
Nadler is fascinated with incredibly specific forms that are stripped of
function. Feats of engineering, both utilitarian and evolutionary, give his
work momentum.
Nadler is a professor of Sculpture at Washington University College in St.
Louis, MO.
