Avid angler and beachcomber, Capt. Honk, well known for his works using recycled materials and marine debris, has created his piece as a result of Hurricane Wilma’s wrath. “The ocean stirs up a lot of debris after a hurricane. Walk the beach, you will be amazed.” he writes.
